Douglas and I extend a warm welcome to you! As fellow lovers of Frankfort, we understand the magic of this place – from the sunsets over Lake Michigan, the laughter shared with loved ones, and the joy of creating lasting memories.

Our journey began with countless vacations to Frankfort, where we fell in love with the area’s charm. In 2013 we took the leap and purchased our own home – a haven where we continue to build cherished memories with our family and friends. Our mission was clear: to share our “happy place” along M22 with others and offer them the chance to create their own memories.

In 2019, M22 Rentals, LLC was established. Our vision flourished as we acquired two exceptional homes in this picturesque town. Our commitment remains unwavering: to provide families and friends with premier vacation homes, allowing them to weave their own stories in this special place on the shores of Lake Michigan.

In 2020, renovations were complete, and we eagerly opened our doors to our first guests. Since then, we have had the privilege of hosting over a hundred amazing families from twenty-five different states – many returning year after year. Seeing our mission fulfilled brings us immense joy.

Serving as both owners and hands-on property managers, we prioritize your comfort. Whether you are relaxing, exploring or seeking local insights, consider us your hosts “Up North”. Life is about connections, and we hope your vacation here is unforgettable.
