Great Fourth of July week on gorgeous Frankfort beach with dear friends & family. We loved your modern beach house ~ can’t wait to come again! Amazing location and lots of fun on the beach and in town.

We LOVED staying with M22 Rentals! The house was very clean and just as the pictures displayed. It was wonderful being able to walk to the beach or downtown. While back at the house, we had plenty of room for four families with young children. Enjoying conversations on the porch and playing cards around the dining room table made for wonderful memories!

This is a hidden gem! Great location, beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, well-stocked, and Doug and Maureen are amazing hosts! You will not be disappointed! The home is nestled in a small, cute town and is within a couple blocks of Lake Michigan. We had a great family vacation there and would definitely rent the home again! Cheers to Doug and Maureen!

If you are looking for the picture-perfect home, one block from Lake Michigan, look no further! This home is impeccably furnished and provides all the comforts of home including luxury sheets, towels, pillows, comforters, comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a glorious outdoor fire pit with chairs to finish off your perfect vacation days! It is within walking distance of Frankfort stores, bars, and restaurants and a short drive to Crystal Lake, Beulah, the Point Betsie Lighthouse, and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. We were able to relax, recharge, and enjoy our time and simply cannot wait to return!

Perfect location. Sparkling clean, brand new and beautifully decorated and maintained. Very responsive owners who care about their guests. We had wonderful evenings around the fire pit and would highly recommend this home when you visit the area. You’ll love it!

Fantastic girls’ weekend in a comfortable, spacious home in Frankfort. Loved every minute from sunrise to sunset on Lake Michigan. Meals and games at the table, happy hour cocktails on the porch to the evening bonfires. Wonderful memories!

The property was impeccably clean and updated. The location was exactly as described. Hosts were extremely informative and addressed every question I had in a timely fashion. You can tell that Maureen and Douglas put a lot of thought/effort into their M22 rental property. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again.
