With over 2,400 square feet, Leelanau Landing provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. Five bedrooms and two full and one-half bathrooms accommodate up to fourteen guests (maximum). The bedding configuration includes nine beds: one King bed, three Queen beds, one Full bed, and four Twin beds.
Step onto the large covered front porch, a wonderful place to unwind at any time. The backyard beckons with a spacious deck with outdoor dining furnishings, a picnic table, and a gas grill. Enjoy outdoor games in the expansive yard and gather around the firepit with Adirondack chairs for cozy evening conversations.

The large screen Smart TV is perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
Office Nook: An office desk and chair provide a laptop friendly workspace for those who need to stay connected while on vacation.
Dining Room: Gather around the table with seating for eight. Whether it is for meals, or lively conversations, this space accommodates both.
Bedroom 1 (Queen Bed): A convenient first floor bedroom providing a cozy haven for restful nights.
Bathroom 1: Adjacent to the Kitchen, conveniently located on the first floor for all guests to access, this full bathroom is furnished with a walk-in shower and a full-length mirror.
Kitchen: The large kitchen features an island counter and an additional table with seating for four. The space is inviting for both meal preparation and socializing. New appliances include a refrigerator, electric cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher to ensure convenience.
Sunroom (Queen Bed): Sunlight floods through the expansive windows, making this one of the brightest spots in the house. Unwind, you have found a perfect retreat for morning coffee, quiet moments, or leisurely reading. The Sunroom features a sleeper sofa with an optional sleeping accommodation inviting you to enjoy the cool summer breezes.
The large, wide staircase with hardwood stairs leads to the second floor of Leelanau Landing. The spacious living spaces featuring cathedral ceiling and warm wood floors to create a relaxing ambiance.

Bedroom 2 (King Bed): The large master bedroom invites you to open the windows to enjoy the cool summer breeze, a haven for rest and rejuvenation.
Bedroom 3 (Bunk/Trundle Bed): Accessible directly from the hall or from Bedroom 2. Ideal room to keep younger guests close to the master bedroom while maintaining privacy. The bunk/trundle bed configuration accommodates up to four guests:

Bedroom 5 / Great Room (2 Twin Daybeds): This versatile space serves both as an additional bedroom and a Great Room. An entertainment hub, the large table (seating for six) invites gatherings to play card games or puzzles. The spacious sectional sofa is perfect for relaxation and enjoying favorite TV shows on the large screen Smart TV. When you are ready to shut your eyes, you will not have to go far to find a bed!
The lower level offers direct walk-out access, providing an additional entry from the rear of the house. Here you will find practical amenities and additional storage space.
Storage Area: Upon entry you will find storage space for hanging beach towels/coats, storing sports equipment such as beach accessories, toys, golf clubs, bikes and more. You will find The Cornhole Bags and Yard Yahtzee games for your use during your stay.
Half Bath (Toilet Only): A convenient access for quick visits. The privacy curtain keeps things private, and the laundry sink is accessible for hand washing.
Laundry Area: Equipped with a full-size washer, dryer and wash tub for your convenience. An iron and ironing board are also provided. You will also find a vacuum, broom, dustpan, and extra rags to manage any accidental spills.
Refrigerator: An additional full-size Refrigerator/Freezer is accessible for your use. Great to store beverages or additional food supplies.

Bar height tables and stools provide a casual gathering spot for Happy Hour or dining al fresco. An additional picnic table ensures ample seating for outdoor meals and gatherings. Fire up the Gas Grill and you will be ready for your backyard barbeque.
Backyard Games: The backyard offers plenty of space for outdoor enjoyment. Get ready for friendly competition! Game On! Cornhole or Yard Yahtzee – you determine the Champions!
Garage: The garage includes additional parking space (up to two vehicles). Also provides storage space for your outdoor equipment such as bikes, kayaks, and beach chairs. A Beach Wagon and Beach Toys for younger guests, the Cornhole game and additional Picnic Table are also accessible for your use during your stay.
